However, if the student does not show interest in the local language, then he will lose confidence and will struggle while interacting with the patients.

Indian students have been studying in the 4 MCI recognised medical universities in Belarus for many years now. Belarus is not a new or upcoming destination for Indian MBBS students. However, it is not a popular option as the number of students going to Belarus is less. As you would know, after completing MBBS from any country abroad, you will have to sit for FMGE (also known as MCI Screening Test) upon your return to India. You will get the license to practice in India only after clearing this exam. This exam is conducted by the National Board of Examination or NBE. The NBE has released the country and college wise data of the number of students who have appeared and cleared FMGE. They have done so in 2 occasions.
