Bukhara State Medical Institute is a leading medical institution in Uzbekistan, located in the city of Bukhara which is the seventh largest city in Uzbekistan. BSMI was founded in 1990 making it more than 32 years old. It is a state-owned medical institution. In other words, it is a government medical institute. The medical faculty was started in 1991. A new campus of BSMI was opened in 2023. This new campus has been built in an area of 10.5 hectares square. Bukhara State Medical Institute MBBS Program

The university imparts education in four different languages. For Indian students, the medium of instruction is English for the entire course. The duration of the medicine course is 6 years which includes an internship of 1 year. Please note that Indian students have to undergo an internship of 1 year in the same college from where they study MBBS abroad and then they have to undergo another 1-year internship in India.

Step 7: Our team will provide an airport pick-up facility from the airport in Uzbekistan and will assist in not only the completion of all the admission and other formalities in Bukhara but will also provide full support to you throughout your 6-year stay in Bukhara.
