Kazakh Medical University of Continuing Education or KazMUCE is an MCI and WHO recognised college. It is located in Almanty, Kazakhstan. The university was founded in mid 1963. It was then known as the Almaty State Institute of Postgraduate Medical Education. In 2014, the Institute was given the status of a university and renamed as the Kazakh Medical University of Continuing Education. There are more than 200 teachers who have various academic degrees. 65 of them are doctors of sciences, 132 are candidates of sciences, 55 employees have got an academic Master’s degree. The university teaches more than 50 courses from undergraduate level and internship programs till residency, masterโ€™s program, doctoral studies and also supplementary education. Every year about 1,500 students take admission in this university.

The medicine course at Kazakh Medical University of Continuing Education is called General Medicine. The MBBS degree of this university is equivalent to MBBS in India as the degree is approved by MCI. The MBBS course was launched in 2018 at KazMUCE. Course duration is 5 years and the entire course will be taught in the English language. As the medical course has just recently started here, there are less number of Indian students at thus university as compared to some other universities in Kazakhstan. And obviously, Indian students are yet to pass out from this university. Therefore, there is no FMGE result available from KazMUCE.

Eligibility Criteria

Following is Kazakh Medical University of Continuing Education eligibility criteria for admission of Indian students:
