It has come to our notice that a person by the name of Ramesh is running a fraud firm using the name of ‘Global Medical Foundation’ in Chennai and is also using the current logo of GMF without any authorisation from us.

This is to bring to the notice of everyone concerned that Global Medical Foundation and its management has nothing to do with this fraud firm in Chennai and any kind of loss suffered by anyone will not be the responsibility of Global Medical Foundation or its management.

Further, we have initiated legal action against Mr Ramesh for unauthorised use of the name and logo of Global Medical Foundation.

We have our office in Delhi only in India. Also, there are many companies with a similar name such as Global Medical Academy, Global Medical Education, Global Foundation, Global Medical Admission, etc. We would like to bring into everyone’s notice that these are separate companies and we won’t be responsible for any dealing with these firms.
