Eligibility Criteria for Indian Students

As per the Indian Embassy in Moscow, this includes 12 months or more of clinical rotations/clerkship. As per the new NMC regulations (FMGL Regulations 2021), a student must complete 12 months of internship in Russia. In case NMC does not recognise the clerkship done by the student within the 6 years, the student will be required to undergo an additional 1 year of internship in Russia.

Once the student returns to India after obtaining a license to practice in Russia, they must take the licensing exam in India. After this, they must complete a one-year internship at a government hospital in India.

Uniform Casual: A white coat (apron) is required for lecture classes, while a medical cap, mask, and extra footwear are needed for practical courses.

Examination: Semester exams are held twice a year. At the end of each year, i.e., after the summer semester exam, there is a mandatory hospital practical training session for 15 days that students can do either in the University’s hospital or in their respective countries, but only at those hospitals that the University authorizes.

The student did not need to purchase any books because the University’s library provided all textbooks for free. Students can borrow books from the library for one semester by showing their student ID cards.
