Davao Medical School Foundation was established in the year 1976 as a consortium made up of Ataneo de Davao University, the Brokenshire Memorial Hospital, the Development of People’s Foundation, the San Pedro College and San Pedro Hospital.

Davao Medical School Foundation BS-MD Degree is of a duration of five and half years. 16 months BS course followed by 4-year of MD course. DSMF provides students with the opportunity to do BS Course in Pune or the Philippines. The 4 year of MD Course will be done in the Philippines campus only.

The Davao Medical School Foundation Hospital (DMSF Hospital) is a 100-bed capacity 4-storey building tertiary care hospital. It is spread across 10,000 sq. feet area. The students studying at Davao Medical School Foundation practice here. The hospital has 60 private rooms, 24 beds for the wards, 2 suite rooms and the rest are semi-private rooms.

The Southern Philippines Medical Center is a government operated hospital. It is located at the JP Laurel Ave, Bajada, Davao City. Its former name was the Davao Medical Center which was changed on November 19, 2009, by the Republic Act 09792.

 

San Pedro Hospital

San Pedro Hospital is a catholic not-for-profit, training institution committed to the care of the sick and the poor, the education of health professionals and the delivery of quality health care to all.
